Ways to Donate
Unlike state historical societies, The Filson Historical Society does not receive tax dollars to support its operations. In addition to becoming a Filson member there are a numbers of ways you can help make a difference.
Annual Fund
Since 1884, The Filson Historical Society has been committed to preserving our region's collective memory and rich culture, forming an irreplaceable link to the past that provides a sense of place, community and identity.
When you give to the Annual Fund, your donation will help make it possible for us to continue providing education in the form of lectures, conferences and our two quarterly publications, as well as building and managing our unique collections.
Corporate Donations
Corporate donations are a crucial component to the success of any great organization. Through their generosity we are able to give back to the community.
Matching Donations
Matching gift benefits are typically offered to employees through their employers, allowing them to double their charitable gifts. Contact your personnel office for more details.
